Guest relations

At Luxury Villas and Homes, we employ a large team of local and international hospitality professionals to take care of our guests from pre-arrival to post-departure. Ongoing training based on client feedback allows us to carefully match the services we provide to our guests' individual requirements. All of our properties come with an English speaking manager and at least two staff members who live on site in separate quarters. We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer care, which leaves you to relax, enjoy the facilities and let the friendly villa staff take care of you.

Airport transfers

Your Personal Concierge will be happy to arrange one of our private drivers to transfer you to your luxury villa but should you choose to make your own way to the property, a member of our Guest Relations team will also be at the airport to welcome and assist you with any questions or requests you may have. The Personal Concierge can also arrange for rental vehicle suitable to your requirements in advance or even a personal driver for the duration of your stay. Guests will be required to make payments directly to the car rental company.

Meet and Greet

A member of our Guest Relations team will accompany you to your villa where the staff will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. The manager will then give a short guided tour of the property, answering any initial questions or meeting special requests.

Villa pre-stocking

Prior to arrival, the staff can pre-stock your villa fridge and store with a selection of your favorite snacks and beverages. Just send your Personal Concierge a shopping list and leave the rest to us. If you anticipate arriving tired or hungry, one of our chefs can prepare a snack platter or meal ready for your arrival.

Amenities and housekeeping services

Every villa in the collection is serviced and maintained to luxury hotel standards. Towels are provided for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as high quality bed linen. The bedrooms are made up daily, however in the interest of the environment, all sheets and towels will be laundered once every three days. Complimentary toiletries are also provided, as well as insect repellent in each room. Other dedicated in-villa services include the following:

           Dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service
           Grocery shopping
           Babysitting services
           Baby and Infant supplies (charged to guest)
           Emergency call out and assistance with local authorities in the unlikely event of a problem

Child friendly facilities

Most of our villas cater to families with children of any age and the in-villa staff are happy to assist to make sure the children are happy and entertained. Please discuss your specific requirements with your Personal Concierge who will be happy to advise you on all child related matters, from villa selection to in-villa/outside activities.

In-villa leisure and entertainment

Most of our villas have TVs and DVD players in each room as well as music systems and/or iPod docks and speaker systems in main living areas. Wireless internet connections are generally installed and some properties also feature dedicate AV rooms with pull down projector screens (the individual villa description clearly lists all facilities). DVD libraries, reading materials and traditional board games are also provided, either in the villa or through the Personal Concierge. Special requests are welcome.

Special Events

Our in-villa staff are happy to organise and manage special events such as birthdays, anniversaries and family reunions. Let your Personal Concierge know exactly what you need and we will provide a range of suggestions and possibilities.
