Select a villa

Booking a private villa holiday should be an enjoyable process, so we make it as effortless and easy as possible. You can browse the villas on the website, scan the photos, read the descriptions and even take a virtual tour of a particular property.

Once you narrow down your choices, use the enquiry form to let us know your holiday plans and personal preferences. An enquiry does not commit you to a reservation, but allows our team to help you choose the villas and services that best match your expectations .

Make a booking

Once you have contacted us and selected your chosen location and villa preferences, one of our villa specialists will check availability, answer any destination questions and discuss the details of your service needs with you.

When you are completely satisfied with your choice, we will send you a rental contract asking for a deposit to secure the villa. It's best to avoid delays at this stage because all our properties are offered on a first come, first served basis.

With your perfect villa booked, you can then contact our personal concierge to finalise additional holiday arrangements such as car rental, tour bookings, provisioning of chef services — we can even fill the fridge before you arrive.

A final confirmation document must be completed before your departure to firm up all the details and make sure the concierge team has your correct contact information in case you need anything during the stay.

Check in

Our guest relations staff will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your villa. On check in you will be given a guided tour of the property so that the onsite manager can answer any initial questions.

In most of the villas, our in-house staff are on hand throughout the stay to take care of you, and our concierge service is also just a phone call away. Every detail is handled with efficient ease, from preparing breakfast in the morning to switching the lights off once you go to bed.
